Wilko and Co Thrash Lay-Day Cloudbreak

by on Monday 10th June, 2013   14148 Visits   Comments

UNLIKE your typical lay day day malaise, in Fiji it pumps even when there is not a consistent enough playing field for the competition to run.

There might not be a comp but there’s a thumping tube and a spoofy short to shred. Ace Buchan, Taylor Knox, Yadin Nicol and Matt Wilkinson tearing up the turf at Cloudbreak and Restaurants. And how brutal is Matt’s fully buried forehand gaff? Ouch.

When are they going to finish the comp? With only a few days left in the holding period and the Volcom Fiji Pro forecast peaking for Tuesday, plus the trade winds lessening we’d be surprised if they didn’t run tomorrow (Tuesday, June 11th).
