This year, the King of the Groms becomes 100% digital. All those 16yrs and under surfers out there still have two months (till June 30th, 2013) to post their surf video. The clips will first be voted online by the public. They will then be judged by Quiksilver pro surfers and big surfing names who will decide the selected surfers for the King of the Groms International final to be held at the Quiksilver Pro France, from September 26th to October 6th in Hossegor.
"I think the new format is brilliant! I wish we had this when I was a grom! Sending in video clips gives Groms around the world to properly show their talents and express themselves without the stress of hassling for waves and time limits that you get in heats."Travis Logie
