This new role will focus on building momentum in external PR and marketing as well as leveraging opportunities within the parent group websites.
With a global audience in excess of 1.7 million unique users per month, a substantial e-mail database and exceptional iOS app download rates, MSW provides an unparalleled surf forecast and media platform. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a marketing & PR role with a digital background. You will be a self-starter who can shape this new position to reach its full potential.

Develop a marketing and PR strategy to support business growth expectations
Build relationships and communication channels to effectively build MSW’s profile globally
Leverage group websites to maximise cross trafficking opportunities
Plan, coordinate and communicate inter-group marketing strategies to support MSW growth
Run MSW’s e-mail program coordinating content with the editorial team
Deliver marketing and PR support to drive subscriptions uptake rates
Coordinate localised on the ground activity
Track and report marketing activity performance
Report and optimise inter-group trafficking and promotional performance
2+ Years’ experience in marketing and PR
Proven track record of growing brand momentum
Excellent networking and communication skills
Experienced in Social media marketing
Passionate about Surfing and the global Surf community
Extremely well organised and efficient with ability to self-motivate
